Symbolism
The logo of the Pact of Socialist Parties and Nations depicts a rose being clenched by two fists. The rose symbolises the promise of a better life under a socialist government and the clenched fists represent the commitment and solidarity necessary to achieve it. The rose is depicted in red, symbolising the left wing politics of socialism.
